This website www.rise-brand.com is a virtual outlet operated by RISE. All references to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be considered to be references to RISE.

The following terms and conditions apply to govern your use of our website.  RISE would like to request you to read, understand and accept these terms and conditions before you choose to browse this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not browse this website.

With time RISE may modify or apply new terms and conditions to this website. Please do visit this section periodically for your own clarification. You can also contact us for any query at our Facebook official page or our hotline numbers.

Disclaimer:

RISE always attempts to keep updated information on a product and its attributes. Hardly, there can be any information on website, social media sites, or newsletters that may contain typographical errors. RISE claims the authority to rectify any errors, update or add any information at any time without any given notice. Errors are unintentional and we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.

Product Attributes:

RISE always puts the best effort to maintain the entire product attributes such as color, fabric, size and fitting to be the same in what you see on the website and what you purchase from us. However, any discrepancy is unintentional, and RISE has the authority to update or add any information at any time without any given notice.
N.B.: Please note that, all of our clothing products comes with a care label attached on the inside of the product, please wash/use according to the label to avoid any damages. RISE is not responsible for any damage if you fail to follow the care label. 

Pricing and Payment:

Due to typographical or photographical mistakes, if there is any error in price found on the product, RISE will postpone all the placed orders of the customer till the right price is being updated. The price of the products is quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and is subject to VAT as per the laws of Bangladesh. (10% for clothing, 7.5% for accessories)

Legal Notice:

www.rise-brand.com is owned, managed and secured by RISE. All the contents such as the company logo, products, graphic artworks, photographs, tradable dresses and accessories, design of the products, concepts as well as documents are licensed by RISE and protected by the Bangladesh copyright laws. Any private enterprise or trading usage of these properties of RISE without prior concern is strictly prohibited and in case of any suspicious claim or action, RISE shall resolve the matter under the arbitration act Bangladesh.

However, customers can download any electronically printable copy such as offer circular, survey form, any contest circular, promotional activity details, product image, membership card details, return & exchange form for personal use only.

Color Incompatibility:

Sometimes for professional photo-shoot, product colors may look different. Please check our website for a better product view. We cannot guarantee all these attributes, especially the color to be the same (on the website and in-store) due to display differences of customer's used technology such as mobile/tablet/computer/laptop etc.

Order:

• No monetary refund is acceptable.
• Paid orders cannot be canceled or refunded. In such situations, we provide customer-based solutions.
• Orders from the website or any other online media will be processed after getting confirmation from our customer care representative.
• Due to system malfunction or technical errors, any product information or stock issue may arise. In that case RISE own the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any disturbance that may occur.
• In some unavoidable circumstances, RISE may ask for advance payment to provide smooth delivery.

Shipping:

RISE always prioritizes customers' needs and demand therefore we want to make sure that the given orders are secured and ensure you the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep. After your order has been placed to our website, you will get a call for reconfirmation from our team. If any incident occurs, RISE has the authority to cancel or hold any orders without prior notice. 

Inside Dhaka: Delivery fee 70 taka and Delivery within 2-3 business days.
Dhaka Suburb: Delivery fee 100 taka and Delivery within 2-4 business days. (Gazipur, Keranigong, Naryangong, Savar)
Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee 140 taka and Delivery within 5-7 business days.

(Due to a large volume of orders, the delivery may delay sometimes)

Availability:

Our featured items are made with special care, and they are handcrafted, therefore they are in limited quantities. Because of their limited availability stocks are not assured. When an item featured on www.rise-brand.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

Sale: 

Due to a large volume of orders during our sale/discount offer, delivery might take a few days longer than regular. Please allow us 7 to 10 business days to receive your shipment.

During sale/discount - product stocks are not assured even after confirming the order due to quality re-check or other issues. In that case RISE own the authority to cancel (Fully/Partially) the order which is unintentional, and we apologize for any disturbance that may occur.

Discount products cannot be returned or exchanged.

পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য:

রাইজ সর্বদা পণ্যের রঙ, কাপড়, সাইজ এবং ফিটিং এর মতো তথ্যগুলো আপডেট রাখার রাখার জন্য সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা করে। যাতে ওয়েবসাইটে আপনি যা দেখেন এবং আমাদের কাছ থেকে যা কিনেন তা যেন একই রকম হয়। তবে, যেকোনো অসঙ্গতি একদমই অনিচ্ছাকৃত, এবং রাইজ যেকোনো সময় কোনও নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো তথ্য আপডেট বা যোগ করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

মূল্য নির্ধারণ এবং পেমেন্ট:

টাইপোগ্রাফিক ত্রুটি বা ছবির ভুলের কারণে, যদি পণ্যের দামে কোনও ভুল পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে রাইজ গ্রাহকের অর্ডার স্থগিত রাখবে যতক্ষণ না সঠিক মূল্য আপডেট করা হয়। পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (৳) উল্লেখ করা এবং বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে ভ্যাট প্রযোজ্য। (পোশাকের জন্য ১০%, আনুষাঙ্গিকগুলির জন্য ৭.৫%)

ফেরত এবং পরিবর্তন:

ফেরত এবং পরিবর্তনের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ফেরত এবং পরিবর্তন নীতি দেখুন।

আইনি নোটিশ:

www.rise-brand.com ওয়েবসাইটটি রাইজ এর মালিকানাধীন, পরিচালিত এবং সুরক্ষিত। কোম্পানির লোগো, পণ্য, গ্রাফিক আর্টওয়ার্ক, ছবি, পোশাক এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক, পণ্যের নকশা, ধারণা এবং নথির মতো সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু রাইজ দ্বারা লাইসেন্সকৃত  এবং বাংলাদেশ কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই রাইজ এর এই সম্পত্তিগুলির যেকোনো প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বা ট্রেডিং ব্যবহার কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ এবং কোনও সন্দেহজনক দাবি বা পদক্ষেপের ক্ষেত্রে, রাইজ বাংলাদেশের সালিসি আইনের অধীনে বিষয়টি সমাধান করবে।

তবে, গ্রাহকরা শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য যেকোনো ইলেকট্রনিকভাবে মুদ্রণযোগ্য কপি যেমন অফার সার্কুলার, জরিপ ফর্ম, যেকোনো প্রচারমূলক কার্যকলাপের বিবরণ, পণ্যের ছবি, সদস্যপদ কার্ডের বিবরণ, রিটার্ন এবং পরিবর্তন ফর্ম ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন।

রঙের অসঙ্গতি:

কখনও কখনও ফটোগ্রাফির জন্য পণ্যের রঙ ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। পণ্যের ছবির জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটটি দেখুন। গ্রাহকের ব্যবহৃত মাধ্যম যেমন মোবাইল/ট্যাবলেট/কম্পিউটার/ল্যাপটপ ইত্যাদির ডিসপ্লের পার্থক্যের কারণে একই পণ্যের রঙ ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে ওয়েবসাইট এবং দোকানে রঙ কিছুটা ভিন্ন থাকাটা স্বাভাবিক।

অর্ডার:

• কোন নগদ অর্থ ফেরত যোগ্য নয়।
• পেইড অর্ডার বাতিল বা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে, আমরা গ্রাহক-ভিত্তিক সমাধান প্রদান করি।
• ওয়েবসাইট বা অন্য কোনও অনলাইন মিডিয়া থেকে নেয়া অর্ডার আমাদের গ্রাহক সেবা প্রতিনিধির মাধ্যমে কাস্টমার থেকে নিশ্চিতী পাওয়ার পরেই তার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
• সিস্টেমের বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে, কোনও পণ্যের তথ্য বা স্টকে সমস্যা দেখা দিতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে রাইজ যে কোন অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। তাতে যে কোনও আসুবিধার জন্য আমরা দুঃখিত।
• কিছু অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে, রাইজ ডেলিভারি প্রদানের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থ চাইতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি:

রাইজ সর্বদা গ্রাহকদের চাহিদাকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়, তাই আমরা চাই যে আপনাদের অর্ডারগুলি সুরক্ষিত ভাবে এবং দ্রুততম সময়ে আপনাদের দোরগোড়ায় ডেলিভারি হোক। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে, আমাদের টিম আপনাকে পুনঃনিশ্চিতকরণের জন্য একটি কল করবে, তারপরই আপনার অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হবে। অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে রাইজ পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ডেলিভারি ফি ৭০ টাকা এবং ডেলিভারির সময় ২-৩ কার্যদিবস।

ঢাকার পার্শ্ববর্তী শহরতলিতে: ডেলিভারি ফি ১০০ টাকা এবং  ডেলিভারির সময় ২-৪ কার্যদিবস। (গাজীপুর, কেরানীগঞ্জ, নারায়ণগং, সাভার)

ঢাকার বাইরে: ডেলিভারি ফি ১৪০ টাকা এবং  ডেলিভারির সময় ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস।

(অফার / অতিরিক্ত অর্ডারের কারণে, ডেলিভারি কখনও কখনও বিলম্বিত হতে পারে)

পণ্যের স্টক:

আমাদের সকল পণ্য বিশেষ যত্ন সহকারে তৈরি করা হয় এবং এগুলি বেশিরভাগই হস্তনির্মিত, তাই এগুলি অধিকাংশ সময়ে সীমিত পরিমানে তৈরী হয়। সীমিত পরিমানের কারণে সর্বদা স্টক নিশ্চিত করা যায় না। যখন www.rise-brand.com এ প্রদর্শিত কোনও পণ্য আর স্টকে থাকে না, তখন আমরা সময়মতো ওয়েবসাইট থেকে সেই পণ্যটি সরিয়ে ফেলার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি।

ছাড়:

আমাদের অফার/ছাড় অফার চলাকালীন সময়ে প্রচুর পরিমাণে অর্ডারের কারণে, ডেলিভারিতে নিয়মিত সময়ের চেয়ে কয়েক দিন বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে দয়া করে আপনার অর্ডারটি পেতে আমাদের ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় দিন।

অফার/ছাড়ের সময় - পণ্যের মাণ পুনঃপরীক্ষা বা অন্যান্য সমস্যার কারণে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পরেও পণ্যের স্টক নিশ্চিত যায় হয় না। সেক্ষেত্রে রাইজ যে কোন অর্ডার (সম্পূর্ণ/আংশিক) বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে এবং এতে যে কোনও সমস্যার জন্য আমরা ক্ষমাপ্রার্থী।

ছাড়/অফার এ বিক্রিত পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
