Return/ Exchange Policy:

We inspect our every product before we shipped it to your address. To make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases, we are happy to Return/ Exchange it in the below scenario:

• After you have received the Products, our delivery boy will wait for 5-10 minutes for you to trial this product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our support number and return the product instantly.
• The product is damaged.
• Misplaced product in Color, Size, or quantity.
• Lost in Shipment.
• If there is stock availability of the purchased product.
• To clarify the fact, the Exchange option will not be available for a discounted/special offer product.

Exchange Process:

As we are very concern about our customer satisfaction, we provide our customers the benefits to exchange products under below circumstances-

• If you have any issue with our product kindly contact us using our order-related number (+8801704444811) or you can directly message us in our Facebook official page (https://www.facebook.com/risebrandclothing) within 3 days from the day you receive.
• To exchange your product you can visit any of your nearest RISE stores to return the product and choose your desired one Or, you can send us the product with the original money receipt through courier within 3 days from the purchase day. After that our QC team will check and only then the exchange can be arranged within 10 days (Due to a large volume of orders, an exchange may delay sometime)

• Returned items can only be exchanged with products available in the store which has the same value (if the product is available in stock) & No cash refund.
• A one-time exchange will be applicable if a product is available in stock.
• Products have to be properly packed. (Unworn, unwashed, and Unused)
   
• Original Hangtags, care-label and packaging have to be attached with the product

N.B: Customer has to bear all delivery/return/exchange charge which varies individually.

“Cash on delivery/ Pay when you receive” Policy:

To clarify at first hand, customers have to bear all delivery charges in case of product delivery, return or exchange (varies individually) issues.

Refund Policy

refund will be made within 7-10 working days only for online payment.

For cash on delivery, It is to be mentioned that RISE will not provide refunds in case of online orders, delivery/return/exchange of a product.

Discount Policy :

• Discount Product cannot be returned or exchanged
• Coupon code discount is not applicable for any discount product
• NO Cash back offer will be applicable for the Discount product 
• It is to be mentioned that Discount Offers may vary sometimes to outlet and online.
