- Fill out and submit the exchange form. (https://rise-brand.com/return-and-exchange/)
- For online purchase exchange, customers have to inform and send us the product with original money receipt through courier within 3 days from purchase day. Only then exchange can be arranged within 20 days. (For any unavoidable circumstances product delivery can be delayed).

- For outlet purchase, Customer has to exchange their product from the same outlet from where he/she has purchased within 3 days from purchase date.
- Products have to be properly packed. (Unworn, unwashed and Unused)
- Original Hangtags, care-label and packaging have to be attached with products.
N.B: Customer has to bear all delivery/return/exchange charge which varies individually.
Shipping & Charging:
Under shipping term we can notify our customer that we are collaborated with delivery companies to deliver orders. Therefore, the delivery process is not fully in our control. We apologize for causation of any damage & promise to give solution based on customer matter
CHARGE (IN BDT)
60 Taka (One way travel cost required) inside Dhaka.
120 Taka outside Dhaka. (Delivery charge may vary for different location).
Inside Dhaka: Customer has to exchange the purchased product from RISE Showroom with original Money receipt.
Outside Dhaka: 360 Taka. (Three way travel cost required) outside Dhaka.
Inside Dhaka: Free Return.
Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka. (One way travel cost required).
Return/Exchange of a product is possible only when:
- The product is damaged.
- Misplaced product in: Color, Size or quantity.
- Lost in Shipment.
- If there is stock availability of the purchased product.
- To clarify the fact, exchange option will not be available for a discounted/special offer product.
***After you have received the Products, our delivery boy will wait for 5-10 minutes for you to trail this product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our support number and return the product instantly.
